Dr. Mahaphon and staff are absolutely incredible. The technology she has to check children’s vision along with adult is so outstanding. The difference in the way Dr. Mahaphon spoke with my child and myself shows true ability to adjust herself to her patient. My entire family goes to see her eye care. Truly locally top notch.
Great exam with Dr. Mahaphon but extremely frustrated with lack of care toward new glasses that are incorrect lens. Reader portion complete blur, unable to focus on cell phone or computer screen and left waiting. Phone messages ignored, text message ignored, and promises of a call back ignored. Finally given an appointment for a Tuesday, upon arrival told it was the day prior and I was sent a text reminder - how would I read it I CANT SEE MY PHONE CLEARLY. Extremely poor follow up - mistakes happen but its how they are resolved that matter! I would love to get this resolved and be able to see clearly again.
Dr Mahaphon is certainly not your ordinary optometrist! Her in depth knowledge, skills, and training are so evident in her handling of my son’s issues. After a number of pairs of costly glasses he did not want to wear because they didn’t feel right to him, he finally wears his glasses religiously without request because he “can see really well now”. She takes her time, is very thorough, kind and clearly invested in the care she provides. We are very fortunate to have her here in Napa! Exceptional!
I have been using Eye Spy for vision care for my entire family for close to 15 years. I have been very happy with the care provided by Dr. Mahaphon and her staff. They have all the latest diagnostic equipment, a wide selection of frames and the staff is alway very friendly and helpful.
