Great service all around! Dr. Sultan was thorough and guided me in decisions to suit my needs. If interesting frames are your thing, you can’t go wrong. The entire staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. It was a wonderful first visit I’m new to Napa, lost my favorite prescription glasses and needed an exam and new frames ASAP. They saw me the very next day. Very happy!
I can only say great things about The Eye Works. Everyone who works there is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I had many questions and they answered every one fully and with great patience. Great staff, super professional and great selection of frames and makers. The staff took time to make me feel valued and ensured I knew my options. Other places I have gone to push the up-sale for higher pricing. Not here! I got the glasses I wanted with the exact options I was looking for within my budget. When I picked up my new glasses they fit and they again confirmed they were working for me. I’m having my family check The Eye Works first to fill Optometry prescriptions from now on.
Dr. Sultan and Vi were great. The exam and service was friendly and thorough. I did not feel rushed and the doctor answered all questions professionally. Vi was also very helpful, she helped me pick out a great pair of glasses!
Talitha at The Eye Works saved my vacation! I ruined my glasses and didn’t have my contacts, and she was absolutely brilliant in coming up with a same day solution. Her communication was clear and kind, and she knew exactly what I needed to do. Also, the other staff members working the desk were so nice! What an outstanding place! Highly recommend!!!!
