The Ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The dr Chen is amazing, very personable and so sweet. I love that they care about you as a person and not just a patient. She’s a doctor you can have a conversation with not just about your eyes Which is so refreshing. Our family will definitely be coming here from now on

Very happy to have found a great childrens' optometrist! I definitely recommend for those looking to bring their tiny ones into the eye doctor. Early visits are important! They were able to get an appointment scheduled for my 4 year old quickly and I was happy to find out that they accepted our insurance! The optometrist, Dr. Chen, made my daughter feel completely at ease for her first appointment; she actually said she had fun! For younger kids and babies, they have special technology to measure and take a picture of their eyes to diagnose if they aren't verbal. Although my daughter knows her letters, they also were able to test her vision with a cute kids cartoon in addition to the standard letter chart. The assortment of glasses was great! Although she wanted the Spider-Man glasses, which were a bit too small, we were able to find a pair of purple ones that she liked (and compromised by ordering tiny Spider-Man stickers to place on the sides of the glasses). The lady at the front desk was very helpful and patient as my daughter tried on almost ALLLL of the frames in the front! Her frames were about $30 with insurance, but there were many free options with insurance available as well. The glasses were ready much sooner than they estimated. They said the wait would be at least 1 month, but hers were ready in exactly 14 days! The only qualm I have is the fact that parking is tough to find close to the office. I'd recommend an early morning appointment as street parking is much easier to find early in the A.M. Thank you again to EyeStudio for a wonderful experience! Looking forward to bringing my littlest one in for her first visit too!

Great experience, i came in feeling completely nervous about an eye growth. Doctor Chen was very comforting & compassionate towards me, she gave me lots of detailed information & put me at ease. she prescribed me drops & gave me some helpful tips for moving forward. The Woman at the front desk is also very kind & had a very cheerful personality. Great energy goes a long way when people are faced with challenges . Thanks Ladies

Dr Chen is absolutely amazing! She is a sweetheart and has a very bubbly personality! One of the best doctors I’ve been to. She makes you feel really comfortable and takes her time to get you the correct prescription! The only downside is the receptionist/girl who does the first few test before you see Chen. I feel like she has an attitude or is annoyed. Not very talkative or very warming. Even over the phone I sensed this. I almost canceled my appointment and went somewhere else just so to her attitude and lack of professionalism. I feel as a receptionist you are the first face the clients see. The first voice the clients hear. You should be just as nice and bubbly as Dr. Chen. I just didn’t get that from her she seemed very annoyed. However I don’t want this to sound like a bad review! Chen was amazing and I definitely recommend her to all my family and friends! I will even bring my son to see her in the next few months! I just hope she gets a better receptionist! Would make this place even better! Thank you Chen! You are absolutely amazing! And I’m very happy I didn’t cancel!

I had a really wonderful experience at this place. Optometrist was friendly and efficient. But i was so grateful to the front desk person who spent a lot of time helping me pick out my glasses. She was so considerate and helpful. I highly recommend this studio, they take medi-cal!!!
