Love Dr. Kronenberg! She is very intelligent, kind and proficient. I appreciate her open and direct communication style. My office care and surgery experiences were fabulous. I sought her out for a second opinion and transferred care to her.

Dr Wang has taken the best care of me for about the last 20 years! She is so thorough, compassionate, and really listens and cares. Whenever I’ve had an urgent eye issue, the office has gotten me in right away. I moved a few years ago but make the drive to keep seeing Dr Wang because I could never imagine seeing another eye doctor! My family and I tell everyone we know about how great Dr Wang is!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. Appointment times are not respected at all. Even when you arrive on time, you end up waiting for an hour or even longer with no explanation and no apology. There is a clear lack of organization, no proper staff to manage patients, and no system in place to handle appointments professionally. The service quality is extremely poor. Patients are left waiting without guidance, communication, or basic courtesy. What makes the situation worse is the obvious lack of experience in managing a medical office. Everything feels unprofessional and chaotic, which creates unnecessary stress for patients who are already dealing with health concerns. A clinic should value patients’ time and provide a minimum level of service and professionalism. Unfortunately, this place fails in all these aspects. Respect for appointments, proper service, and experienced management are essential, and none of them are present here. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for reliable and professional medical care.

I was referred to Doctor Wang by my sister in law. I was very pleased with the service's I received from the entire office staff. Doctor Wang is professional, courteous, caring and made feel comfortable. I will highly recommend her to family and friends who are in need of eyecare. Thank you

Had not wore contacts in over 20 years and was nervous about starting again now that I’m older, but Dr Wang made it so easy, I appreciated her knowledge and suggestions to give me the best product to fit my lifestyle. Excellent service and staff, I driver over 45 minutes just to come to this location, and I’m grateful for the knowledge and professionalism they display.
