Great doctor and staff, but poor lens quality. The eye exam and staff were excellent. I ordered new lenses and waited two weeks without glasses, which was very uncomfortable, but when they arrived, the lenses were defective. Now I have to wait another two weeks for a replacement. I don’t understand how defective lenses were sent without proper quality control. This wasted my time and caused significant discomfort.
i've been coming for many years and always had a great experience with the doctor & staff. i recently brought my son for his first ever eye exam and it went so well! dr. choi is so good and patient with kids. he definitely knows how to make them feel comfortable and explain things in a way that's easy for them to understand. highly recommend!
Today a man refused to see me because "I don't speak English," even though I told him I did. He told me to speak good English, and when I asked how my English would affect my appointment request, he kept saying he didn't understand me. I felt it was racist. I don't recommend this place. I spent an hour and a half coming to get an appointment, only to be told that because he didn't speak Spanish, he couldn't see me. I don't care that he doesn't speak Spanish; I repeatedly told him I understand and speak it, but he said he wouldn't see me because there was no one who spoke Spanish, even though I repeatedly told him I do.
My go-to optometry was Eye Tech Optometric when I used to live in California - the manager, Mr. Stillwell, would always treat me with level of respect a man wishes he gets from his wife. This establishment is not a place that cuts corners and will go above and beyond to treat their customers well, and it shows in the level of service they provide. Even after moving away from California, I still place my order with Eye Tech because their prices and services are unmatched anywhere else.
I just needed a quick adjustment on my pair of glasses and they were able to help out. Definitely recommend this place as they have helpful staff, a nice location, and looks to be a wide selection of frames.
