The doctor explained everything to me during my appointment and made sure I understood everything before I left. Anh at the front desk was so nice. She made me feel welcome right away, and having her help me pick out frames felt like shopping with a friend.
If I could give 0 stars I would. They are racist to the max. I called and made an appointment, that same day I was scheduled to go in, they called me to confirm my appointment. As I entered there was a girl late 20’s maybe & she look at me up and down then said “you have an appointment?” But it was said in a surprising tone. I said “yes” & she told me that I didn’t have an appointment that I’m not in there “system”. I even told her that she called me to confirm my appointment. But she denied ever calling me. I showed her the number that called me off my phone and she lied saying that wasn’t them. But after a while of going back and forth that they did call me to confirm my appointment, she admits that it is their phone number but still claims that no one ever called me. That literally makes no sense! I showed her my call log and the number is the same on the window. And I decided to just walk out. I have never been through something like that & never have I ever felt so disrespected. It’s sad that we still live in a world where people don’t have any decency.
They're super nice and quick! My girlfriend has been going there for 3 years and she loves them. I have no idea what the other review is talking about because they're always available over phone during their hours to book an appointment.
They are never open or there when I show up or try to make an appointment.
