There are reasons why this place has a perfect review ratings. I ended up not getting my glasses here (had to order and wait while I am not a local) but the staff provided the detailed info of the frame I chose so that I can order in my hometown. I wish this place is near my home.

The staff here are all very nice. The lady at the front desk made my check in process very easy and Dr. Chi was very professional and knowledgeable. The office was very clean and they seemed to be up-to-date with the latest technology. This whole office just felt very professional, very corporate, and I felt pretty comfortable. My reasoning for not giving 5 stars is due to my experience during one of the pre-tests. During the field vision test, the tech took my glasses and gave me an eye patch. She instructed me to cover one eye with a patch, look into the machine, and click a button whenever I saw a flashing light. I was confused because this was the first time I had been given this test without my prescription being added. I figured "Hey, maybe this is how they do things now. I'm not an optometrist or ophthalmologist. What do I know?" After speaking to a few of my friends, family members, and patients that work in the field, they informed me that I was tested improperly during that test. One even said "don't go back to that office" lol. I would still like to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume maybe she forgot or idk. This is also the first time I had to file a rebate claim myself LOL maybe I'm spoiled, but for the past 5 years my other offices have filed my rebate for me.
I am here visiting from Six hours away and they were so sweet and responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this office for any needs. They show their love in their work
Great customer service…thanks Doc, Thanks Jacob…thorough exam, in and out in about 30 min with new gear.
Everyone here is amazing. I am always treated so well. I have been going here for years and have never had a bad experience. They make sure my insurance will cover the visit, they got me in quickly when I thought I had an issue with my eyes, they answer all my questions. I could go on. I would recommend 100%!
