Clarity Eye Group

This was my 1st time at Clarity Eye group. I was referred by my optometrist due to glaucoma concerns. When I called to make my initial appointment, Ariana took the call and was the most polite, and knowledgeable receptionist/staffer I’ve dealt with in long time.(very refreshing )She got my appointment scheduled in a timely manner. Upon arrival she greeted me as I came in and handled all of my paperwork. I saw a PA that took down all pre information and tests before I saw Dr Novick. She was very good and very kind. I was very pleased her. Then I saw Dr Novick. He was polite, extremely professional, and LISTENED to my questions. Something that seems to be a lost art. He addressed my concerns, and has a few follow up visits to be scheduled to get a good understanding on my condition. At checkout Ariana assisted me again with some appointments that fit my schedule and made the process extremely easy. It really is nice when an entire organization is buttoned up from the front desk to the Dr and back. I’m really glad my optometrist referred this group to handle my eye care.

I must say, this clarity, eye group are compassion for the elders, understanding comforting patient kindness, very gentle with people. Even through the surgery, the doctors are very calm and explain everything in detail. They are so awesome. Especially to the elders. I thank our Lord for these wonderful people and doctors who we trust with our eyes, especially My eye surgery remarkably turned out amazing as I'm waiting to see the doctor I notice how kind and patient when checking us in. Very welcoming answering our questions. And most importantly, they answer the phone and get back to you right away as most elderies do not have the knowledge or who are not tech savvy with computers i am so grateful and I thank and pray Scott, for these beautiful Compassion people for the elders.

I’ve been going to Clarity Eye Group for more years than I can remember. Doctors are great but I am writing this review to show appreciation for Marty Koukoutsakis who is the Optician that handles the patients who order glasses there. Every time my husband and I order our glasses from Clarity I always hope that he will be there to assist us. He is fabulous! He has so much knowledge on the glasses and his customer service is superb. He will know exactly the type of frame that will work best for your facial features and helps immensely with our purchase. I love the ease of choosing my glasses from Clarity!

I have been going to Clarity Eye Group in H.B. since I was a kid, first to Dr. Blau (great), then Dr. Pajaud (also great), and currently Dr. Greiner for my annual exams. Dr. Greiner is pleasant, knowledgeable, and takes the time to look for anything out of the ordinary. If anything is wrong I’m confident he’ll find it. Ariana, at the front desk, is especially helpful. She’s always one step ahead, anticipating who I’ll need to see and when, and finds me appointments that accommodate my often changing schedule. If the dr. finds anything that requires treatment, she knows exactly where to send me, what I have already done and what I still need to do. She’s especially good at dealing with the insurance companies. Referrals get approved quickly, often the same day. She returns phone calls promptly and always follows up, which I appreciate.

I was able to get an urgent emergency appt. Breeann at the call center was great. The girls at the desk upon arrival are very nice. Then, Dr Jason was great. My first time here and he spent an hour thoroughly checking my eyes for everything. Went in for itchy eyes and he prescribed meds and listened to my concerns. Great place and close to work. I found my new eye Dr for future check ups. Thank you team at Clarity.
