I really liked the doctor and the care provided, but my experience with the staff member who assisted with selecting my son’s glasses was very disappointing. It was near closing time, and she seemed rushed and impatient. My son asked for red lenses, but his preference was not really considered or discussed. When I was given the estimate, she was including a charge for dilation that was not performed. In addition, there was a billing error where I was charged twice for the same amount. I had to contact my bank to dispute the transaction, and I was informed it may take up to 90 days to receive the refund. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the administrative and billing experience. I hope the clinic improves communication, accuracy, and patient service in these areas, as the medical care itself was good.

I highly recommend Eyesite. I have been a patient for over 15 years. They have a great selection of eye glasses and the staff is very friendly and helpful. My nose pads on eye glasses were giving me trouble. I went in last week to see if they could assist. Sam dropped with he was doing and kindly replaced my nose pads while I waited for only a few minutes. There was no charge since I was a regular patient. Just good service.

Update 2024: I am so glad I found the Eye Site Memorial. Staff very nice, they treated me very well, they really cared about my needs and helped me out to find the best solution for my progressive lenses. Merary did a wonderful job, she was very kind and professional. Darius was great and Josie is wonderful. Doctor Ryan Malone was excellent, very kind, professional and understood my specific needs on my vision. This please is highly recommended and make you feel VIP. Great location and facilities.- update 2025: Mia did a great job helping me find and fitting my new Lindberg titanium frame to my complete satisfaction. I am so glad to have a place where people really cares about us patients and customers. The whole staff is very professional and friendly

I had an amazing experience at Eye Site! Scheduling an appointment was super easy. The whole process since I entered the office until I left it was welcoming and informative. Dr. Daniel took his time to answer my questions and provided me with knowledgeable feedback during my eye exam. When looking at frames for my prescription, Adriana patiently guided me through the process without any rush. I really felt they do care about patients. Excellent service!

My 8-year-old child has myopia and needed to start wearing contact lenses. Because he’s quite timid, it took us more than ten visits before he finally succeeded in putting them in by himself today. Both my child and I were exhausted at times, but the doctor and every single staff member at Eyesite were incredibly patient, kind, and encouraging throughout the whole process. Not once did we feel like we were being a bother, even after so many visits. Their compassion and professionalism truly stand out. I can confidently say that as long as nothing changes, this will be the only eye clinic we visit.
