Eye Tx - Marbach

The man at the front desk is Martin. He is extremely rude and disrespectful. I have come here 3x with in the last 6 years. The first time I was 7 months pregnant and I had a exam. Mind you it's on a walk-in basis. I wated an hour and I could not take it. He was horribly rude to the point that I left and cried in my car. Came back in during my exam my eyes were so blood shot red that the Dr. Was concerned. The other 2x were just as bad I recently dropped off a prescription and it took way to long to be filled. They were supposed to call me I left 3 messages and was not returned a call. I finally get through and it was like oh yeah you prescription is ready. They had the right phone number but didn't even call. I waited 2 weeks for that prescription. Horrible customer service. If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. The owner of this place should take a good look at all the ratings because most of them have to do this this man. All the staff know it to they just put up with it. It's disgusting. Save yourself and find another place. I will never come back here again.

I guess you’ll either love or hate the place because Of the man working the front desk. Coming from a customer service background, the gentleman doesn’t give you the Warm and fuzzies when you walk in. He’s very matter of fact, but very efficient and quick. I’ve been there when it’s empty and when it’s busy. He’s probably developed a specific way of managing walk-ins and appointments. That’s his way. He gives you all the info you need. Not a lot of fluff. But It’s been my experience that when things wind down he’ll crack a smile, even tell a little story and is actually a super sweet guy. I don’t go to get pampered- And I’ve experienced Horrible bedside manner. Both the staff and the doctor are quick, knowledgeable and efficient. I’m in and out. I like the place and the staff and I’ll keep taking my family there.

If I could give this business a ZERO I ABSOLUTELY WOULD!! Thousands of them. I had an appointment scheduled for my child all to be told I didn't, then told I could come back later, told I could wait I mean the excuses this person had could go on and on. The lady at the front desk was UNBELIEVABLY RUDE! I couldn't even talk without getting interrupted. Not one person who was in there who walked by try to help the situation. Zero professionalism, Zero communication just everything ZERO! Not EVER will I go back. Definitely do not recommend this place to anyone.

I went in today with my son . The staff was amazing. First off The way they are handling the place during covid is great. Been coming to them for years for all my kids glasses, the time it took to get his glasses was quick. And Martin in the front desk is my favorite person he’s so good at his job gets us in and out fast. Love love love ❤️ Highly recommended!!

Gave it two stars because we have been before a couple of times and the man in the front was super rude everytime but the other day he had some act right. But now the doctor has an attitude smh. At a certain age you don't wanna work with people you need to go ahead and retire. Ask questions then talks over you when you try to answer. My kids absolutely hate going here so this last time was the last time. Also she is only there two days a week so if your looking for convenience not it here. Definitely not a first choice for eye glasses.
