Get ready to wait! Got an online appointment for 11. Got there on time. Receptionist was nice. Waited about 30 mins. Went to the back. Waited 30 mins for the doctor. She was rushed but okay. You could tell she was a rotating doctor because she had to ask staff for locations of things and procedures. Got all done. Then found out the doctor was indeed rushed and didnt get my contact prescription. So go back to wait. Not sure how it was already 1:15. To wait to get my contact prescription. Get it and finally done. BUT HERES WHY IM HERE TO WRITE THIS, as im paying for the appoint and then ordering contacts through this other receptionist/salespersons of the office. First price with it all and one year of contacts (4 boxes) she said 287. No ill take the six months (2 boxes). Okay. Her price dropped down to $89..200 for the 2 boxes of contacts. Shes goes "wait ✋️ if you want the full year you qualify for a discount that would make it 185 and guess what you'll also get a rebate!" Why didnt she say that first!? Why give me the $287 inflated price first and not mention a discount or a rebate!? She would have taken that $100 and sent me and you on their way. I was gonna do 2 stars but how smug she was to offer that price after i pushed back made me remember how much I overall HATED the experience and will go to another optometrist next year.

Dr.Thomas Vielma and staff were absolutely wonderful. I couldn’t ask for a better visit for my daughter. I like how the doctor could carry a conversation with her. He explained everything to me and the assistant was very nice. The front receptionist was very informative and helpful as well. Definitely recom
Service was quick and very friendly. They got me in the same day for an emergency , and even called me when an earlier appointment was available . Dr Bell was great and I will definitely be back...with my husband too
I've been coming here for more than 15 years, But I think due to budget cuts no one here can answer the phone anymore. I've been trying to call off and on all day because of a particular insurance issue I'm having. Would have LOVED some feedback before making an appointment. I get three calls a week from eyetx walzem asking me to make an appointment, when I can finally make the time I love that they dont answer their phone!!!! Its really cool and awesome!!!!
Dr. Bell and his staff are kind, thoughtful, and helpful. Reasonable prices for eyewear and contacts, but not pushy if you can't commit to making spectacle or contact purchases the same day as your appointment.
