Medical Center Ophthalmology Associates - San Antionio NE

A little carelessness during the optical exam. Appears that I did not receive an accurate exam based on the mishandling of the optical equipment. Technician made lots of obvious mistakes with the usage of the equipment. I’m not feeling too confident with my results of my vision measurements. Fortunately I had already received an exam at my optical office a week prior but if I hadn’t it then it would’ve been another situation. Dr. Nolan however was good with his assessment, very professional and comforting. I’d highly recommend him to others.

Dr. Brown has been wonderful. They fit me in for an emergency appt and she provided what information and guidance she could and for the areas of my treatment she couldn’t assist with, she explained why she couldn’t give me information, instead of just ignoring my questions or just saying she didn’t know. The office staff has also been super helpful and understanding, making this whole ordeal a little bit easier.

Dr. Shanna Brown & her staff were absolutely amazing!! Very helpful, compassionate and supportive with the eye condition I have. They explained everything to me & my husband very thoroughly. Highly recommend!! ♥️

The Service was very Good, The Doctor asked if I had any questions after I checked off all my medical Concerns, I said hope you staying at this Location for a long time,she said Yes ,that’s all needed,as she was precise and Professional in informing me about my Eyes Condition based on my Age

First ever visit to this location. Doors opened on time. Receptionist was very friendly. When it was my turn the associate took me back and was very polite and caring during the entire initial eye exam. Only had to wait another 10 minutes to see the doctor. Confirmed surgery needed and gave me some suggestions to treat my eyes. He was friendly. Everything went very smoothly
