I called to see what my last prescription was to give to my new I Dr ( because I moved out of state) I was told I had to pay $25 just know know what my prescription was. How can a company hold my prescription that I paid for and had been going there for years! I called my new I Dr and told them what Bright eyes said and they agreed that it’s insane they can’t give me my information. This place is trying to nickel and dime you for everything. Im so glad I moved and don’t have to deal with them anymore. Don’t waste your time.

My go to place for eye care. Friendly staff, especially Norma.She was so helpful, polite, and kind! Will continue to book my appointments at this family friendly office.

Really like this place for my teenage. She really appreciated the fact that the gentleman that helped her with her glasses was so nice and even was helping her with some suggestions she might like. So that's why we gave them five stars also my husband got glasses from there and he really appreciated everyone there.
