All the staff were helpful and very knowledgeable from the beginning to end. Very helpful in picking out just the right frames for my needs. Also helpful with getting my insurance set up for my appointment.
Everyone was so friendly, very informative on what they were doing and the reason. I truly felt they just wanted to assure me that I felt comfortable with the whole eye test, and then finding the glasses I needed that worked best for me. I felt confident and at ease with each test and getting the glasses measured and accurately order. Looking forward to my new glasses!
I chose wisely when I became part of the Eye & Vision family. Lois is the anchor of the practice, and Dr. Nelson acknowledges the value of her as the front ambassador of the practice. The entire team has it down as far as the importance of customer service.
Great experience here. Had a later appointment but was given the opportunity to arrive early and do some glasses shopping ahead of my appointment. Staff was kind and helpful from making initial appointment, checking in, through the check-up, and on my way out. Communicative about my benefits. No surprises at the end. Glad to have found a quality optometrist now that we have moved and settled into De Pere.
First time here, everyone was friendly and helpful ;next stop was the first set of tests, then meet with the Dr. , hre took bis time to ask questuons to get himself caught up to speed , why why,what ect. Then the eye check and eye test Then he took time to answer questions , and explain how and why with his replys. Very nice office and staff.
