DO NOT GO HERE! I had a very disappointing experience. Before my appointment, I clearly explained that I only wanted the services covered by my insurance because I was trying to avoid any out-of-pocket costs. The employee Karen admitted that the extra charge was due to her mistake, yet I was still expected to pay for it. It’s frustrating to be held responsible for an error that the office acknowledged was not my fault. Good customer service means taking responsibility when mistakes happen. Instead, I left feeling like my concerns were ignored and that I was charged unfairly. I hope the office improves its billing practices and treats future patients more fairly.

I came to this facility one afternoon, Lauren assisted me, she found my record, told me I hadn’t been there in a while, which was none of her business, but I kindly told her that I was going to another facility in the mean time. So she found my record, assisted me with looking for some glasses and charged me, but never asked me to confirm my information such as address or contact number. Which is my fault as well, but she did tell me that my glasses will be ready within 14 days. Guess what my glasses had been ready within 1 week & it’s day 18, She had called an old phone number on file, that I no longer had. How in the world was she going to reach me. I believe that it’s her responsibility to ask patients/ clients if any information has changed, I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. If any one comes to this facility ask for Karen, she’s a sweetheart, and has been there for many years!

Do not go here! Ripped off by this place. Paid for glasses $300, they kept asking for more money over what was quoted so we asked to cancel order. After numerous calls and emails promising to refund me I have received nothing and they are now ignoring my emails. This was from June 2025! Very disappointed by there terrible customer service. I do not usually write bad reviews but feel i have no choice but to warn others about this place.

I’ve been going to Dr. Kathy for over 5 years now. She’s excellent, very informative and approachable. She’s always been able to help with questions or concerns. Making appointments is always easy and helps that they are open on Saturdays. The front desk is always fast and friendly. Karen at the front desk always provides excellent customer service and is very knowledgeable. Their frame selections are also great.
