Great experience here! Generally, I'm extremely disappointed with most doctors in this country, and will do most of my care out of country. But Michelle was awesome - it was like going back in time 50 years when your doctor might have actually cared about you. She took a lot of time to explain what was happening with my situation, the why, and how to correct it.
A five-star experience from start to finish. The office staff is incredibly professional, and Dr. Michelle Veneziano is fantastic. She solved a long-standing issue with my contacts that had been bothering me for years. Her attention to detail and patient care are unmatched. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-tier optometrist.
This was my first eye exam with Dr Michele and I give her 5 stars. She explains the tests she is doing, as did her associate Stacy. They were ready for me as soon as I walked in and today’s visit was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I did need new glasses and Stacy and Allie were there to help me choose frames for my daily glasses and sunglasses. I feel so fortunate to have this vision center in Buckeye Lake. Don’t hesitate to schedule an appointment
They saw my 6 year old son for his very 1st eye exam ever and made it a positive experience. Allie made sure to give him extra reassurance when he was nervous and a Hershey kiss! She was the sweetest. We were even running late and they still got us in. I would highly recommend!!!
From start to finish was so impressed with this place. Michelle took the time during my examination to get to know m3, my unique needs and make sure everything was perfect. Staff is very friendly, helpful and there for each patient. New to this practice , but know will continue for as long as I can. Worth the drive from the East side of Columbus out to Buckeye Lake.
