It’s always a good experience when I have my appointment at EyeCare Associates. Dr Karen Vanoy has taken care of my eyes for years. I wouldn’t trust anyone else! Her tech and office staff are professional and caring. I highly recommend!
Today’s visit I experienced nothing but excellent service from both the Dr.Vanoy and Emma (tech).. Mandy (optical) very handy with helping select multiple new glasses. Hanna the student was also superb very knowledgeable of her job. Thanks Ladies Job well done ..
I had an outstanding experience at my eye appointment with Dr. Karen Vanoy, Lewa at the front desk, and Brittany, the Tech. The customer service was excellent from start to finish - warm, professional, and incredibly efficient. Dr. Vanoy took the time to really listen and was able to solve my migraine issues, something I’ve struggled with for a long time. Her expertise and care made a huge difference. Lewa greeted me with kindness and made check‑in smooth and stress‑free, and Brittany was thorough, friendly, and made the testing process comfortable. Highly recommend this team. Truly a 5‑star experience.
I love coming for my yearly eye exam. Everyone is so inviting, Dr. Vanoy always takes care of my needs and Mandy makes for a fun list. Emma was very professional and did such a great job and Brittany was a great help also.
Dr. Vanoy has seen me for years. She has been accurate in diagnosing eye problems over the years. She is very professional , courteous and kind. Her staff are also top notch.
