I had a great experience with Dr. Ludlow and the entire team while being treated for a corneal abrasion. They quickly diagnosed the issue, provided excellent care throughout the process, and were thorough during my follow-up appointment. I truly appreciated the professionalism, kindness, and quality of care I received. Highly recommend!
Not my usual Dr as she was totally booked. Last minute appointment on busy day. Had brief wait but all were cheerful polite and professional. Dr Ludlow gave good explanation of condition and Rx to fix problem while being very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Clean well managed space.
Dr. Sharp is AMAZINGLY personable. He squeezed me in very quickly and cared that I was in a very panicked state of mind. He was reassuring, gave me a thorough exam, and a quick diagnosis as well as solutions and treatments for my issues. I am hopeful that the treatment plan works as this is the third doctor I've seen in a year with zero resolution from the first two.
Everyone is so competent and very nice. I’ve never had a bad experience. Dr Sharp is very informative and knowledgeable. The ladies who helped me pick out frames were so nice. I was alone an not good at fashion so they helped me pick frames to fit my face. She described all the features I could add on, but was not pushy at all. I’m extremely happy with going here. Highly recommended.
