Unfortunately they don't take my insurance, however of all the clinics I've called, the receptionist here was one of the most helpful and was easy to get a hold of. I'd think that reflects at least reasonably well how the rest of their clinic is operated...

Never sat so long for a ua ever. Allowed people to go before people that had been here for about an hour. And if you look through the history here is not good. Do better..

If you get Dr Rolland avoid this place, they will report you to collection companies for PAID bills and schedule appointments and refuse to see you even when you are early for appointments. Dr Rolland will gaslight you straight to your face, and try to play the victim. My reviews are 98% positive, when I leave a bad one, do yourself a favor and avoid the place. If they reply with the same cookie cutter reply about taking feedback seriously, ask yourself why the top 4 complaints are nearly identical.

If I could give this place zero stars I definitely would. I had some outside orders from a physician and I called the clinic and the receptionist told me that they would be able to take me. so I made arrangements with my job to take time off plus of course I had to fast before I could get the labs done. So I went down there first thing in the morning and when I walked into the clinic the receptionist at the front desk was not friendly at all. She looked up from her computer screen didn't even smile and barely spoke. She was not welcoming whatsoever. I told her I was here for some labs and she raised her arm and pointed to the left and said that way. I went over to the lab desk and the woman that was at the desk asked me what I needed which I thought was kind of rude and I told her I had labs and she looked at my paperwork and said we don't take outside labs as of March 1st. So she could tell that I was upset and I told her well it would have been nice for it to be on your website. She did not apologize she didn't say anything to me so I walked out. The first receptionist I talked to at the front desk did not say have a good day nothing she just kept sitting there. That is by far the worst clinic I have ever been to and I'm glad I'll never be going back there. I ended up going over to Albany general hospital and was seen right away had my labs done with no problem whatsoever. The staff was friendly very very professional and fast. Do me a favor don't ever go to Corvallis clinic on Waverly drive. That place is absolutely horrible.

Reception makes it impossible to do business with them, extremely rude and not helpful. Just a couple of examples. I got busy and needed to reschedule an appointment, I called to reschedule, the receptionist took my information, told me she cancelled my appointment, thanked me for calling and hung up on me. I never said to just cancel, I told her I needed to reschedule. She didn't even try to reschedule, didn't ask if there was anything else I needed, nothing, just hung up on me! I called with a question for my doctor, after a few seconds of conversation the receptionist suddenly said I was yelling at her and she was going to hang up on me if I didn't stop, before I even said another word she said that she was hanging up since I was still yelling at her, then she hung up on me. It was extremely weird because we were having a normal conversation and no one was raising voices or anything. I think she was saying what she was saying so someone in the office could hear her? Maybe it was time for her break? During my last appointment I did tell my doctor about the issues with the receptionists, she said she had never heard any complaints before, I told her to check the reviews of the business, it's obvious I'm not the only person that noticed the issues here. And I did file a complaint, nothing happened, but I did file. I'll go somewhere else from now on.
