Absolute nightmare to deal with, completely incompetent office staff and horrific waiting times. I was referred to this clinic for an operation by my optometrist May 26th, he personally contacted the leading ophthalmologist and was told he could get me in later that week. I called them to schedule my appointment and was told they had a lot of referrals to process and was told they would message me once they revived mine. After 2 weeks of waiting with no response I called back and the office staff rudely told me that they didn’t have a referral for me with no further explanation. They did not call me till June 18th, almost a month after the referral was sent telling me they were ready to schedule an appointment. I called back to schedule an appointment and was told the earliest availability they had was July 20th. I contacted a different clinic immediately after hearing this and was able to schedule an appointment the next day where I was consulted and operated on the same day. I wasted 1.5 months of my life waiting for these individuals to process my referral just to be told the earliest availability was over a month out. In 24 hours a different clinic did what this one couldn’t in over a month. Please save yourself the headache and reach out to a different clinic. No amount of apologizing or “we’re sorry to hear about that!” Will erase the month and a half of my life I spent waiting.

A busy office. Quick help signing in. Aide was informative and smiling. Doctor explained briefly 4 different options. But I got most information from aide. The explanation of 4 types of surgery results was quick and tricky to understand for me. A positive experience.
Very friendly and attentive staff. Promptly checked me in for my appointment and was seen without delay. Optometrist was informative and thorough. Optical assistant quickly gave me a quote for my new glasses. Entire experience was professional and friendly. Second appointment was for an eye procedure. Again the staff was prompt and thorough. My doctor made sure I was comfortable and did the procedure with expert precision. I highly recommend Eyecare Associates for eye exams, glasses and eye care procedures.
My eye doctor had such a sweet "bedside manner". Very informative and positive demeanor. Gave a great prediction for my future eyesight. As far as insurance coverage and bill payment goes, I haven't gotten there yet so I can not review their process for those.
My husband got a piece of metal stuck in his eye. I took him to urgent care and they couldn't get it out. The doctor felt it was better to have an eye care doctor take it out, since they have tools there that they don't have in urgent care. The doctor made a referral to Eyecare Associates. I am so glad he did! The doctor we had was wonderful! He got us in right away. Was very professional. He ended up removing the piece of metal and also removed rust particles that were also in his eye. I highly recommend his practice. We definitely will go there in the future! Hopefully not for an eye injury!
