My son and I both go here. They are very professional, helpful and caring people. The lady that checked me out helped me to pick out which pair of glasses fit my face the best and also helped me pick a financial plan that best suited my needs.

An appointment at Dr. Glass' Eye Care office is like visiting family! Check-in is absolutely painless, the exam is very thorough, and ordering new glasses was actually fun as there are a multitude of frames and lens choices. Miss Heather did a wonderful job of assisting me with the choice of frames by providing excellent input as to the color and fit. She put the icing on the cake for my visit. I highly recommend the Scottsboro EyeCare Associates for all of anyone's optometry needs! Thanks Y'all!
My daughter had an appointment here today and I was so impressed! All of the employees were very patient and kind! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
Dr. Glass? She is great. Her staff? They’re not. I called and spoke with Alisha. From the start of the phone call she was sighing and huffing like it was inconvenience to even look at my account. I was calling about my husband because we knew it was about time for an exam and he hadn’t been in a while. He also needed new contacts. I told him we made his yearly appointment last time we were there so they should call us to confirm. Wrong. Alisha said they didn’t make an appointment and she didn’t know why so she sat in silence after that. Their next available appointment is in October. It is currently May. I told her we would book that appointment but my husband still needs contacts now so we can order them. She said they can’t do that because of the prescription. So, we are having to leave an eye doctor we love to get contacts because the office staff couldn’t do their job correctly. Follow up: I called back to get my husband’s prescription, and spoke with someone new. Apparently they got a new system and my husband’s original yearly appointment was canceled. She couldn’t do anything to help me any sooner, so we still have to go to a new provider.
I have been a long time patient and have been very pleased over these many years. Doctors Johnson and Glass are excellent and we have been friends for many years. Their staff is courteous and helpful.
