Anyone can buy glasses anywhere, however, to have staff who are not only professional and attentive is a real blessing. The staff here are simply wonderful. Very caring and understanding desiring to do the very best for you without you feeling uncomfortable or taking their time. I'm looking forward to buying me next glasses just to enjoy their hospitality and personal attention.....
I had gone to another office in town and did my eye exam and everything. The lady there sold me on a great pair of glasses, however, after insurance it was $254. I decided to go by Walmart Vision Center and sat with Courtney who walked me through the process. The first price she gave me was about the same, BUT she was willing to change a few things and we were able to save me over $100. Walmart Vision Center has always had great staff who are extremely helpful. I called Easter weekend to see if I could get a new trial pair of contacts. I had ran through my entire box and didn't want to buy more of that type, but wanted to wait until my appointment. Again, Courtney pointed me in the right direction and the ladies were able to hold a trial pair of contacts until I could get there and pick them up - absolutely great service! I recommend them as often as I can.
Some of the nicest people work here! I always feel at home when I’m here! They also have so many different styles of glasses to choose from and accessories too! They also adjust my glasses when needed! Thanks Karen! 😉
My experience was very positive. I had a very helpful employee from the time I ordered my glasses and after I received them. Everything was great.
