I had a fantastic appointment at Eyecare Associates yesterday. They initially had trouble locating my insurance coverage, but they didn’t give up until everything was sorted out, which I truly appreciated. Every employI had ee I interacted with was helpful, patient, and genuinely caring. This was my first visit to a new eye doctor since my previous one retired, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I’m so glad I chose them!

I took my 3 year old son in as a follow up from the Iowa Kids Sight program and the entire staff was incredible. Dr. Heskell was so patient and kind and the gal that helped us try on glasses was very knowledgeable and sweet. We weren’t expecting our son to need glasses but our experience made it a great visit! Thank you to the entire staff you are all amazing at what you do!
