Most thorough eye exam I’ve had in years! Everyone, from Tanya in the beginning all the way through fitting, was professional and even fun. The place seemed really busy but it somehow ran with very few and small waiting periods. Highly recommend!!!!
Dr. Jenness is an excellent and highly qualified, knowledgeable eye doctor/optometrist. He also has a kind, patient and understanding manner. Even when the office is bustling and busy, he takes time with you. The treatment of corneal disease, glaucoma, cataracts, and dry eye are some of his specialties. Staff members fixed my glasses last time I was in. I had reused a pair of frames (time to get a new pair, I know!) and they fixed them. They were barely hanging on my face and now they will be quite usable until my next prescription.
Everyone was very nice & friendly. Dr Jenness is very good with his patients make them feel comfortable and relaxed. With someone with anxiety that is a huge win. Thank you all for making it such a pleasant experience.
This is the best eye care center I have ever been to. The staff and my doctor are so kind. They explain so much to me about equipment and the doctor answers all my questions. He is so nice.
