First time appointment, I drove one hour from my house to there just to be told they make a mistake on my appointment date, so just I'm sorry don't pay for my time and gas wasted, I'll go to a different business where they pay attention to what they talk on the phone. Good luck!!!
Friendly staff and prompt with appointments. Prescription was not right, I called after 4 months of trying to just adjust to the new glasses. They had me come in and they adjusted the bows and said I was beyond their warranty period. I understand that, but felt like maybe they could have at least made sure the glasses were actually made correctly. Or possibly worked with me on a solution. Vision is critical and glasses are expensive!! I am disappointed in their lack of concern for my problem, and now worthless pair of $1000+ glasses. I always dread eye exams….. pick 1 or 2, over and over and over……😀, with this exam I thought, WOW……that was easy! Perhaps not a very thorough exam?? 🤷♀️
Great staff and Service. They need better glasses, very expensive and the cheapest made I’ve ever had. $700 didn’t last 8 months.
Dr. Winterboer and her team are excellent professionals, yet they are friendly, and easy going. I always look forward to my eyecare visits with them because I know they will be kind, courteous, friendly and helpful. I am hard to fit, with astigmatism, yet I refuse to wear glasses, and Dr. Winterboer has worked very hard to make sure I see as well as possible with contacts. She adjusts me with painstaking exactitude to insure my distance and close up vision are both top notch. I do not have to wear reading glasses, unlike most people my age, because she works with me to ensure my correction is perfect. I really appreciate her, and her team. You will, too!
Thank you to Dr. Winterboer and the crew at Spencer Total Family Eyecare. I have been wearing contacts for awhile now, and Dr. Winterboer does a great job of getting the right lenses for my eyes. They have even helped in a pinch by getting me trial contacts if I run short. Great doctor and great team!
