Dr. Joni and her staff Lillie went above and beyond for my daughter! She was nervous, as we hadn’t had the best experience at another location. I was very happy with my initial appointment and eye exam. Everyone there was so helpful and very nice. They were very helpful in me picking out frames. When I went to pick up my glasses today, I gasped when I put them on because they fit perfect and I could actually see everything clearly. I haven’t had that Service in probably 20 years. I would definitely go back!
It was great service all around, from the desk to the doctors to getting set up with new glasses. They take the time to explain everything to you as well as offer advice on frames. I always enjoy the service I get.
I went to Eyecare Centre last year, but immediately wished I had gone to Northwest Visionas usual instead. Lesson learned and now I wouldn't get my eyes checked anywhere else. They get you in and out quickly and they are super friendly. I wish they had a better selection of frames that my insurance would cover, lol. Northwest Iowa Vision is awesome!
Northwest Vision Care staff and Dr Joni Breuer are great to work with. They take the time to listen to my questions, and answer them so I can understand. I will continue my eye health care with Northwest Vision
