disclaimer: i discovered this place by seeing a tiktok they made and scheduled an appointment right after. each year i am always changing between optometrists - never 100% happy with my experience. however i am soooo happy with my experience with eyecare first- the check in process was so quick and easy! there is always one testing instrument i’m always scared of (the puff in the eye test) and i’m so happy they had a different instrument to it. the staff and the optometrist Dr. Phung are all so friendly and they explained everything so thoroughly. the place is also so clean and very aesthetic pleasing - it almost doesn’t feel like i’m at the optometrist at all! i will definitely be coming back 😊

I had an excellent experience at Eyecare First! Everyone was so kind, friendly, and professional, from the front desk staff to the doctor. The front staff was especially welcoming and helpful, and the entire office had a warm, relaxing atmosphere. I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. I had my eye exam today, including a contact lens fitting, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Every step of the process, from check-in and retinal imaging to the comprehensive eye exam and contact lens training, was seamless and well organized. The staff was consistently warm, professional, and attentive. They welcomed every question with patience, demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Phung was personable, thorough, and took the time to ensure all of my concerns were addressed. The office itself was immaculate, modern, and thoughtfully designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. It’s clear that patient care and attention to detail are priorities here. I will absolutely be recommending this practice to friends and family, and I look forward to returning for all of my future eye care needs.

Such a wonderful experience! The staff made me feel at ease right away, and everything ran smoothly and efficiently. The office has a great atmosphere, and the doctor was both thorough and warm, you could tell they really care. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!!

Dr. Phung and the staff are professional and welcoming. / Eyes checked with the latest technology. No one pushed anything on me, and I feel they went above and beyond to make me comfortable. Definitely would recommend.
