Amazing service, office processes are efficient and provided in a highly personal manner. The terrific people at this office could teach the “big eye specialists” so much about process improvement, quality & service and helping each patient/guest know they are the “drivers” of one’s success. And let me add, so nice Physicians, that you list your office staff, who have so much to do with your success, on your website. It’s obvious you all are a great team-working together- feeling appreciated. Your retention of highly skilled people who are committed and stay proves that! Way to go on a perfect visit every time we come!

I would personally like to thank Dr. Schroder, and the staff at Eyecare of Ankeny for the wonderful care that they provide to me. Exams are very thorough, and Dr. Schroder takes the time to explain all of the test results and how they affect my vision. He takes the time to answer questions, and explains things in a way that I can understand. His staff is friendly and helpful. I appreciate this practice, and fully trust them with my eye care needs.

As careful as we all are, there are times when you’re EVEN wearing safety glasses, well long story shortened, I’ve had to drop everything and run to my favorite Eyecare physician! The tiniest speck gets in your eye and it feels like a boulder! Let’s just say …. More than once I’ve had to run to the Eye Care specialist for their kind understanding care! On a more professional side at eighty years old, two eye surgeries, etc, etc I can now see clearly without eye glasses. Amazing! Thanks Ankeny Eye Card! The best!

My husband and I are long time patients. Dr Schroeder and his staff are wonderful. Easy to work with, make appointments or change them. I would highly recommend them!!
