Eyecare Of The Valley

The doctors at Eye Care of the Valley are excellent. They are knowledgeable, professional, and take the time to answer questions and provide great care. My experience with the providers has always been positive, which is why I continue to return. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for the front desk staff. On multiple occasions, the clerical staff has come across as unfriendly, dismissive, and unwelcoming. First impressions matter, and the interactions at check-in and over the phone have not reflected the high quality of care provided by the doctors. I hope the practice addresses this, as a more courteous and patient-centered front office would greatly improve the overall experience.

Great total eyecare office. Wonderful receptionist, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We love Mia, Haley and of course Dr. Pike. She is very concerned about our optical health. We have going there 16 plus years.

Super happy with this practice! Benefits were running out and they found space fry or me to be seen by Dr. Welch. Visit was seamless and staff was very helpful as well as friendly.
