I had a blood clot to my retina and have seen more eye doctors in the past year and a half than most people see in a lifetime. Dr. Stella Lou and ALL of her staff are professional and caring. Most especially impressive is Jackie who speedily and efficiently took care of my complex scheduling needs through the VA. The testing goes fast at Hamilton Eye, unlike at Wills Eye, that takes hours with one person per each test, test then waiting room, test then waiting room, test then waiting room. What a pleasant surprise at Hamilton Eye, they are doing something right to have a caring staff from front desk reception to the last stop of scheduling.

Hamilton Eye Institute is such a friendly place for eye care! Every visit is smooth because the staff makes every visit feel comfortable and really cares about you. They listen to your needs and make you feel like a superstar! The doctors explain things simply and make sure you know what's going on. You leave feeling happy and that your eyes are in good hands. If you want eye care that's warm and welcoming, this is the place to be!

Absolutely the best doctor and staff I've ever been to in my 71 years! Dr. Stella offers not just expertise and confidence but compassion as well. I just had cataract surgery and I haven’t felt that comfortable with any doctor. What an awesome experience!

Not only is she an accomplished surgeon, but she puts her patients first, clearly explains everything and answers all your questions without rushing.
