Dr. Turner is the most brilliant mind I’ve ever encountered in this field, possessing both remarkable talent and an unwavering passion for her work. Despite my initial belief that my vision was as good as it could get with contacts, she meticulously worked to gift me 20/20 vision in both eyes. This was once thought impossible due to the significant astigmatism in my left eye. In my opinion, Dr. Turner has set a new standard for what a professional should be. She embodies the backbone of society that people speak of when referring to medical practitioners. I am incredibly grateful and awed by my experience with her and the other staff at EyeCare Plus. I feel welcomed, cherished, and blessed. Thank you, and I look forward to seeing you all again.

Today, my wife received a call from a debt collector. We've had so many insurance problems with this location. I've changed jobs probably 3 times since we've been customers. Each time, it was a hullabaloo to change it, then get them to find our coverage. Finally, the thing bringing me to write this review is that they recently sent a bill to collections for services we never received a bill for. Not one in the mail, not one in email, nothing. Once we got that call from the debt collector, it was promptly paid. How hard was that? Hmmm? Stupid business.

I was so happy to get my appointment fast and easily. The checking 💯 and the nurse and Dr were so kind 💯. As for the rest to get my glasses no way I will get another glasses with them even though it will be cheaper. I never get a call to get it. I've been calling 17 days later and they never picked up. I finally get a txt msg saying to text them or leave a voice msg and they will respond. To finally be notified the got wrong number on file. I went in to get my glasses and surprisingly "oh you have been charged less now you owe 95 cents" ,and me asking is that why I never the call? And to finally figure out my number was exactly what it supposed to be on file. I paid! Oh and you all you get your 👓 and pocket with no cleaning sheet inside (not sure of the name). I will probably go back next year for my exams, but nothing else!!!

1st visit and the experience was GREAT! Thank you guys for making me feel so special and never pressured!!

Belle and the physician were fantastic, thorough and very kind. My granddaughter Delilah loves 'Belle'.
