I went and had my vision exam at another place. The exam was great but when it came time to order glasses, I felt like twas being scammed. Someone suggested Walmart. Glad I went! Terry waited on me and was extremely helpful. They have glasses for every budget. She took the time to go over everything and made sure I was happy with my selection. My out-of-pocket expense was 75% lower. And, I got extra items included with Walmart. When I received my new glasses, no adjustments were necessary. And, Terry remembered me. I will definitely go back.

The doctor I saw was absolutely incredible—one of the best I’ve ever interacted with. He was kind, understanding, and truly took the time to listen, which I really appreciated. However, the front desk experience was frustrating. First, the receptionist couldn’t find me in the system and wrongly claimed I didn’t have insurance—when I absolutely do. It took six weeks to even get an appointment, which may have been due to my insurance starting in January, but the delay was still frustrating. On top of that, my appointment was scheduled for 3:15 PM, yet I wasn’t seen until well past 3:45 PM. If the office could improve their scheduling process and front desk efficiency, it would make a world of difference. That said, the doctor himself was outstanding, and I would return purely because of the level of care he provided.
Went above and beyond to help me get my prescription glasses dialed in. Thank you so much!
I can't tell you how the doctor is since I see a different one for that, but the staff that sells you glasses and contacts are truly the sweetest! I've been going there for years and they know me by my face and are so helpful. They work with you to save you as much money as you can by doing the math for different insurance types. Just because of the friendly staff is one of the many reasons I continue to go there. Plus they have great prices and so many products to choose from.
Walked in an asked for a new frame and lens using my wife’s recently acquired prescription glasses. The reply was we would need to pay for an eye exam so they would “not be held liable for damage to her eyes.” They also said that they wouldn’t even know if they were my wife’s glasses. I understand inflation, but let’s use some common sense and save our customers some money so we can have repeat customers.
