Optical associates are always friendly and willing to answer any questions I have when I stop in to browse. I have been getting my glasses here for 7+ years! I appreciate their honesty and knowledge about the different lenses that they offer and love all the different styles to chose from. Will continue to stay with them :-)

I love the Optical center! Kristen, Brandi, Jeremy, and Becky are always so helpful and very understanding! I highly recommend anyone to go to the Sam’s Optical Center if they have any prescription glasses needs!
First, I want to say if you're leaving a review for Dr. Ely, you're in the wrong place. This is for Sam's club optical the place that takes your eyeglass order and you pick out your frames. With that being said, I'm never wowed with this place. I always have a hard time finding glasses that are my size and look okay. And there is no option to order frames in other sizes. It's what is on the shelf is what you get no matter what, and that is opposite of everything I've experienced at other places. They do have great prices, but what I found while going to other places is that they give you more options and explain more about different lenses. I have the transitional lenses both for nearsighted and reading and at another place. They listen to my concerns and offered lenses that were a better fit because what I hated about having those transitional lenses is it's not the best of both worlds. It's the average of both worlds. However, at a different eye place they offered other lens options which really made it the best of both worlds. But the one thing I can't stand about this place and this has happened with me several times with my daughter, and with my wife. Is that if you get the eye glass insurance, they try to get you to be dishonest and commit insurance fraud. With the eyeglass insurance, if you break your glasses they'll replace them for free. But if you lose them it doesn't apply. However, they will tell you to just be dishonest and tell them that they broke being that they don't ask for the broken eyeglasses back and they will replace them for free. I'm sure many people love this loophole, but my integrity is worth more than a $250 pair of eyeglasses and to tell all your clients to commit insurance fraud. It's just shady and I'm sure if their insurance partners knew about it, they'd be pissed.
Walked in to have my old frames placed in a new frame and Becky was so rude. Didn't say hello or that she would be happy to help. She had a big box on the little desk so i guess i interrupted what she was currently doing. She proceeded to ask if I had a current prescription instead of asking my name and checking beforehand. Super rude and I won't be returning.
Dr Lisa Ely, just so carrying. She went the extra mile to help my family. Her staff help with the appointment. We were reminded of our appointment with very text messages.
