The staff were very nice and accommodating to my needs to make me feel comfortable. Dr Moody explained everything in depth to help me understand what caused my reason for the visit. I highly recommend this wonderful facility.
Great Service, Beautiful Remodeling. Nicest Staff and Dr Ashlee Henderson is an awesome and patience with me. She does a great job. Looking beautiful inside even thru its almost done remodeling. If I wanted a low budget visit could have gone to Costco. Had to ask for the frames that were covered by my plan. Tried to charge me for things that I knew were covered by my plan with no co-pay.
Fix your billing! I received no invoice, but started getting past due text messages. Went to the store to pay the bill and was told it still needed to be submitted to insurance. Finally got a bill in the mail but they have already submitted this to collections! Go anywhere else! Buyer beware! They'll make you pay for their incompetence!
Great customer service. Bambi and Hope were so good to me! Love Dr. Moody. I’m the queen of a million questions, and she never makes me feel rushed.
