Absolutely fantastic experience! I was anxious about going to the eye doctor to begin with, but everyone here made me feel super comfortable and treated me with the utmost respect. Dr. Fulton was so kind and knowledgeable as well as Tamar at the front desk. Would recommend this office to anyone!
Visited Eyecare Plus a few days ago with my niece. The doctor was great and the techs Taylor and Issac were amazing with her. They are the reason for the 4 stars. Taking one star off only because the schedule was clearly over busy and we had a bit of a wait. Overall great care though, would still recommend.
I purchased a pair of Meta prescription glasses from here about 14 months ago, I also purchased a warranty with them that I paid nearly $50 for. At the time of purchase I was told this would extend the purchase warranty by one year. But when I go in 14 months later with a claim they wouldn’t honor it. I was told if I purchased a pair of glasses from them without a warranty I wouldn’t have any warranty when I walked out the door, so that made the warranty I purchased a one year warranty. Why would anyone purchase a pair of Meta glasses without a warranty. That was the reason I purchased the extension making it two years. This place Sucks. My frames were burnt inside of the case while charging.
Dr. Kaminski is the BEST - hands down!! I would give his practice 10 stars, if I could. He is kind, caring, professional and knowledgeable. He takes time to clearly explain everything and is happy to answer questions. I used to go to their Cool Springs office before it closed. Prior to it's closing, I moved to this location solely for Dr. K - even though it is not as convenient for me as Cool Springs would be. Other reviews mention problems with the office staff, but I have not experienced that. Everyone has been very nice and helpful. They used to be a little hard to get in touch with, but I've noticed improvement in that.
Had a great eye appointment. Isaiah, Tamar and Morgan were wonderful. Gave me detailed information about my eyes, helped me pick out a pair of glasses, and were just overall helpful. Very friendly and I would recommend EyeCare Plus for your eye care.
