Eyecare Professionals of Gahanna

The eye care examination was completed yesterday. The staff was courteous and welcoming as soon as I entered the office. I was escorted into each station with care and concern. All staff members answered every question asked! Dr. Amway conducted the examination with precision and professionalism! He did not rush through my appointment. Dr. Amway continually asked about my comfort and if I had any questions. I would highly recommend Eye Care Professionals to family and friends!

Ive been with Dr Berks office for over 20 years never had a problem. I loveeee Dr Arrington she takes care of me and explains all that is going on with my eyes every year. Now that she is permanently at the gahanna office im not happy with all of the services. Check in, wonderful, eye scans/test awesome, check out i THOUGHT was good and accurate with what my total would be for the glasses I picked out but not the case when I called in today to place that order. Not only placed on hold for awhile only to get told the price I was quoted was incorrect and id have to pay double the quote. No apologies just it might have been a busy day and wasnt entered in correctly. And thats my fault? Im very unhappy and am making a hard decision on whether or not I will return to this office.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Missy and Ru (sorry don't remember here name just remember the ladies calling her Ru when she was leaving for the day). Both ladies were very polite, helpful, and attentive. They made what could of been a stressful situation very easy going and smooth. I would definitely recommend going to Eyecare Professionals of Gahanna.

My eye exam experience with Eyecare Professionals of Gahanna was outstanding. The office was modern and the staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Shank took the time to explain what she was seeing during the exam, answered all my questions without making me feel rushed, and explained my prescription changes instead of just handing me a piece of paper. When I mentioned issues I was having, she provided specific actionable steps I could take to address those issues. Picking out frames was also a genuinely pleasant experience. They were very helpful without being pushy. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for thorough and genuine patient care.

I never have to wait to be seen. Susan was very helpful and thorough in the completion of her tasks anticipating my understanding and comfort. Dr Errington is thorough also I trust her treatment of my particular eye health. Everyone in the Gahanna office is kind and considerate.I have recommended Berk Eye care to several people and still am doing so.
