I have been a patient of Dr. Haven for several years, and am very appreciate of the care I have received! Everyone at this practice is kind, and communication is clear and thorough, which means a lot to me in a medical practice. Really glad to receive care here!

Google reviews and stars has failed me on this. Thanks guys. I came in for a first time visit and did not have a pleasant experience there. They were somewhat rude, except for the nice front desk blonde woman who found my insurance policy before arriving. I felt very unwelcomed there. The technician talked to me with her back facing me, speaking softly to where I couldn't understand her. Snapping bad images. Dr. was rushing and didn't allow me to ask her questions about contact options. I'm new to Austin so I have plenty of time to find a new permanent eye care service. Seems as they're probably selective with who they provide excellent service, or maybe I didn't fit their ideal typical patient, who knows. Lack of customer service is something I'll never accept. Maybe I'll try Yelp next time

Amazing set up. Relaxed feel! Dr. Colorado will make sure you are well informed about your eyes and how to care for them. Glasses of all shapes and tastes are there as well!

All of the doctors at EyeCare Specialties are excellent. Dr Patel, in particular is extremely knowledgeable and personal. I have an eye disease with corneal transplants and Dr Patel was recommended and now I wouldn't consider another eye doctor. He is so thorough and experienced. It turns out that he worked with the same doctors in Houston who performed my transplants. It's been my pleasure to develop a great relationship with Dr Patel and all the staff at EyeCare Specialties. Their customer service is top notch and they take care to know who you are. I've recommended EyeCare Specialties to family and friends and I know you will be in great hands.

Dr Patel and his staff are amazing. I love coming here. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. I spent a lot of time with Brenda over insurance and frames/lens. She has helped me before and I think she’s great. Alan got me checked in. He’s a true professional. Helpful, friendly, thoroughly professional. Plus, he’s just a nice fellow. The entire office is very Covid aware and I appreciate the precautions to keep everyone safe. Finally, Dr Patel. I love this guy. He is very personable and truly professional. He always thoroughly explains my medical condition and status, in a language I can understand. I have been coming to this clinic for quite a few years and never had a chance to say how much I like this place. I highly recommend anyone in the market for a new Doctor to make an appointment and get to know Dr Patel and his staff.
