Made an appointment. Asked if my insurance was accepted. Talked about said insurance. Arrived for the appointment, handed my insurance card to the receptionist. She quickly told me they do not accept my insurance. Do not recommend.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The doctor definitely knows her stuff and is great to work with. The cost was comparable to what I had paid previously at Target Optical.

I called in on an urgent basis to be seen, Rhonda told me to come on in & i could get worked in. I told her I was out of town, but id be in asap. It took me 1.5 hrs to arrive. Upon arriving, Rhonda said I could no longer be seen because it took me to long to get there. She was rude, all while im standing there in visible pain. They just lost a loyal customer! I will not return to this place!
