I had such a great experience here! Staff were super helpful and friendly! The eye doctor was very talkative and caring! I highly recommend. I went with no insurance and it was still affordable!

Absolutely unacceptable experience from start to finish. If I could give zero stars, I would. First, I called to make an eye appointment and sat on hold for over 10 minutes before finally hanging up and calling back just to get someone to answer the phone. They scheduled me for the following Tuesday, and I showed up exactly when I was told to be there after driving 40 minutes. When I arrived, they had my information incorrect AND had me scheduled for the wrong day. Their mistake—not mine. Instead of taking responsibility and fixing the problem, I was told I could sit there and wait AN HOUR AND A HALF to be seen because somebody on their end screwed up the appointment. To make an already ridiculous situation worse, the eye doctor was rude and completely unprofessional. There was no genuine concern for the fact that I had wasted my time and gas driving 40 minutes because of THEIR scheduling mistake. Mistakes happen. What separates a professional business from a poorly run one is how they handle those mistakes. You apologize, take responsibility, and make an effort to fix it. You don't inconvenience a patient, expect them to sit around for another 90 minutes, and then treat them rudely on top of it. I wasted nearly an hour and a half of driving, dealt with their incorrect information, their scheduling screw-up, and an incredibly rude doctor. I will not be back, and I absolutely would not recommend this office to anyone who values their time or expects basic professionalism.

We were on a trip in the area and forgot to pack contact lenses and the team at the vision center was SO kind and helpful. They saved our trip! Thank you so much, we wish we knew the name of the woman who spoke with us on the phone and helped us but she was an angel!!! Thank you!!

I have been going to this location for at least 15 years. Dr. Jesse is an excellent optician and takes good care of my eyes! The entire team is friendly and puts you at ease — especially if you’re a bit uneasy at medical appointments. I wear glasses and contacts and can always count on solid recommendations for new brands or different styles to best suit my eye needs and lifestyle. Highly recommend!

Absolutely 💯 great experience. Kendra was professional and attentive to all my questions and helping me pick out my new frames. I recommend that every one should utilize this great service in our community!
