This initial visit was great. Very clean facility and huge selection of frames. For any budget range. The intake tech was kind courteous and Respectful. The Dr. was 100% professional and precise. Spoke to me in laymen’s terms. I appreciated that and noted. Very impressed all around. A++ I look forward to my follow up visit.NO ISSUES.

I had a very disappointing experience at this eye doctor’s office. The staff was not friendly and came across as cold and unwelcoming from the moment I arrived. I didn’t feel like they were interested in helping me at all, especially when I was trying to choose frames. The staff appeared annoyed, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. I do want to say that I really like Dr. Sophia—she has always been great. Unfortunately, the front staff experience did not match the level of care I’ve received from her. Overall, the visit felt rushed and uncomfortable. I expected better customer service, especially in a place where patients should feel supported and informed. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this office.

Dr Renden was great, as usual, but, the young lady who helped me pick out my new frames was wonderful! Her name was Reagan and she was exceptional! She was very attentive to detail and her expertise was beyond words. Definitely recommend this center and Reagan!

Such a great experience!! The girls up front were so welcoming. Raegan was so helpful. The manager was also so friendly. Will definitely be back!

The staff at the eyecare center are very friendly and knowledgeable. They have all the latest technology to ensure their clients get the best care possible. Also their prices are very reasonable. Thank you everyone at eyecare center.
