Dr. Cox was very thorough and did an awesome job. Super patient and clear! The staff was kind and welcoming and offered a pair of contacts to take home on the spot and they had a few discount promotions going that helps to save money! I was not the client but waited patiently in the waiting room and was pleased with how they treated everyone in there and how quickly they moved along. I sat there for maybe 30 minutes and we were swiftly out. Pleasant experience!

This was my first time at the Wilmington NC location, and I must say the associates were really nice and attentive. Doctor Cox was very knowledgeable, professional and quick. They also have a great selection for glasses, and reasonable prices! I would highly recommend this location. 10 out of 10 experience for sure.

Highly recommend Eye Care Center! Their new building is right next to Cape Fear Games. The staff is very friendly and attentive! Dr. Wenz is very knowledgeable and thorough, he noticed Keratoconus in my right eye when my other eye doctor missed it. The general manager helped me pick out glasses frames and was so kind and helpful! I was also able to get an appointment right away. Definitely come check them out! 😊

Super friendly, personable staff! My wife and I had a great experience! Dr Cox, Tiffany, Sam, Mellow, and Sandy, as well as others. Thank y'all for naming such a pleasant visit! Can't wait for our glasses to arrive!
