This was my initial visit and the staff is so very friendly. The intake person was very bubbly and thorough with my exam, the Dr. also was very quick and addressed any concerns I might be having. I would definitely recommend this office.
Great experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire visit easy. Doctor Butler was thorough, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable when I was there.
Service was great from the time I walked through the door. The front desk receptionist welcomed me, had a pleasant attitude and check in was fast. ( I already filled out my paperwork online and signed up for an online account) to the assistant giving me part of my exam. I was nervous with the eye drops for dilation but she had a method that worked great! Jessica O'Neil, my optometrist is friendly and professional. She's tracking something that's going on with my eye and addressed any concerns I had. Check out is quick. I do feel a bit pressured to purchase glasses, great deals ( 50% off ) but something I don't need right now. I did pick up eye drops with spring coming up and all the pollen. Price was reasonable for that. Overall Great experience.
My appointment was quick and easy. The doctor took time to answer all of my questions. Definitely recommend!
Everyone at the eye care center was very helpful from the front desk ladies, to the technician, and Dr. Butler. I have trouble at medical facilities where I feel like I am not listened to and my concerns aren’t taken seriously, so I was apprehensive when making an appointment but I’m glad I did. I felt something was slightly off with my eyesight and turns out there was a small issue. Dr. Butler was very nice and attentive. I was issued a prescription that may help with the problems I’m having. The process from start to finish was easy and smooth and everyone was kind and seemed very happy to help. I’ll definitely return for any future eye exams/care that I need. Thank you!
