We were nervous going into this appointment. Our son is on the spectrum, so we didn’t know how the outcome would be. But from the moment we walked in to when we left everything one was very kind, understanding and helpful!
I’ve been a patient here for about 2-3 years. Dr. Lane has always been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve had issues with my eyes since birth, so I’m kind of a special circumstance given my age (in my 30s) and eye conditions. The staff here are always very nice and help to ease my anxiety lol. I was seen by a new Dr today (forgive me if I get her name wrong) I think it was Dr Covalla, and she was one of the best Dr’s I’ve seen. She took her time to explain everything in detail and was very thorough with her examination, absolutely loved her! I would definitely recommend the doctors and amazing staff at this office!
I have been using Lane Optometry for over a year now, and they provide fantastic service. Not only are the exams a breeze, but they are thorough. The doctor identified a problem with one of my eyes that may have gone unnoticed by previous optometrists. The selection of frames is impressive with fast turnaround times on new glasses. Coming here is always a pleasant experience, and they have earned my repeat business.
Got a pair of shades and glasses here in the past and they came out perfect. Can definitely be on the pricier end of things but the quality/service is there. Kristi was very helpful and informative, took care of my lenses in the same day that were BUTCHERED by another optometry.
The lady that works at the glasses part of the store [ I believe her name may be Kristie] is absolutely wonderful !! I've been here for almost 4years, and am so disappointed I did see her sooner. If I got the regular lenses (without the blue blocker) she said my glasses would be ready in 1 hour !!! But, I had to order my lenses.I got my glasses in 2 days! I have never had such a great experience or have ever gotten my glasses this quickly. She offers warranty on all her glasses, and they're scratch proof. I will recommend this place to everyone! 💯
