I had an unexpected issue with my eye. Had fluid build up and they saw me immediately. This practice is very considerate, caring, compassionate, and well staffed. I highly recommend them for your care needs.
I was completely satisfied with the overall professionalism and ease of getting a complete eye exam in a very reasonable time frame. This practice is very busy and they are equipped to handle all of their patients efficiently and effectively. I highly recommend this clinic for your eye care needs.
I was very nervous going into the office because I didn't know what they were going to tell me. But when I got there the reception area was so friendly and clean. The staff were wonderful, helpful, friendly and professional. The fellow (and I'm sorry I don't know his name) that did the testing on my eyes was so knowledgeable and answered all my and my daughters questions and didn't laugh when I walked into the door frame.. 😂 When I met the doctor I was very impressed with his professionalism and felt comfortable with his knowledge. When I was checking out, the young lady that was helping me gave very clear instructions and that I appreciated. Thank you to all persons in the office because from beginning to end you made me feel comfortable and eased my nerves. Thank you
Update 5-20-26- Office manger made to call at 7pm that night to explain that "she" was sorry, (she was not an issue) and that they would send my fathers information to another Doc office, as this lays grounds for litigation and the surgeon is uncomfortable. Not that they would be better, or do better, I was a problem so they fired my father. Do better, I feel sorry for the lady staff working for a misogynistic male. ( hand me a clip board ( twice) like I'm your staff, pfft ) He likes the new Optometry Services, thanks team! 4/30/2026 Place is insane!!! There are so many people, multiple pre-exams in one room and poorly rotated so elderly are unable to hear. Support staff speak indirectly or curtly to older clients. Extremely over full, uncomfortable and not a pleasant experience. Zero stars do not recommend
I had a 10:20 appointment and waited an hour and a half just to be seen for a quick pressure test. The doctor spent less than five minutes with me. They repeatedly call and text to confirm appointments and warn about a $50 no-show fee, yet show little respect for their patients’ time.
