Jacksonville Vision Center

My brother and I got our eye exams here today and our visit was great! Cozy, clean office and everyone was very kind, friendly, helpful, and fun. They patiently walked us through every part of the exams and picking out frames. I've never been to a vision center where they were so happy to help you find the perfect frames and truly made it a good time rather than a stressful or rushed time. Especially if you're indecisive or have no idea what kind of frames suit your face, they're angels.

My children have been coming here for a few years now and we have had nothing but amazing experiences and a lot of education during the visit. I recently switched over and I have not seen so clearly out of my “bad” eye in YEARS. The Dr. took my concerns and listened. I was also given trial contacts they had to order. My vision is awful and at my old place I was never offered trial contacts as they never had them in stock. I got them so fast. I am only upset with myself for not switching over sooner.

My first visit for annual exam. From the front staff to the provider, all were very friendly and polite. Was seen at my appt time and was in and out seamlessly. I would definitely recommend.

Always friendly, kind, and helpful!! My first visit was in December 2024. The Dr was very knowledgeable, willing to answer questions and even let me know I had an astigmatism and no one has ever told me that! It explained a lot though! When being fitted for glasses last year they took their time to help me find a pair that we both agreed would look best on me! My favorite pair of glasses I've ever had! AND... Friday of last week, my glasses snapped by accident. I forgot I had a warranty on them though. So when I called today and told them, they said my glasses were still under warranty and I was able to get them replaced! The staff made sure they were available and ready for me to pick up when I got there and made sure they fit perfectly on my face! Such a quick turn around time despite being busy! The service is so stellar that even though I am pretty sure I am out of network with them now, I'm willing to pay the higher fees. Great team all around!

Don't waste your time. This place is disorganized and the front desk chick uses that fake patronizing Michelle Duggar voice. Gave me the creeps from the minute I walked in. She then shouts across the waiting room about my coverage and copay. No HIPAA compliance at all. I left before even letting them do my exam because absolutely not.
