My parents were denied service due to a language barrier. When I called to help find a solution, I remained respectful and never used inappropriate language. However, I was accused of being disrespectful and told it was my “tone.” What was most concerning was that the staff member refused to reschedule the appointment and stated she would speak with the doctor to make sure my parents would not be seen. This was already their second appointment after previous scheduling issues. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and offered reasonable solutions, especially when trying to access medical care.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. It took me weeks for them to answer the phone in order for me to even make an appointment. At the appointment, it was a 2 hour wait. I had to get up multiple times to ask about the wait time. I was told the Dr missed his lunch and was taking breaks in between the appointments. What kind of service to your patients is that?? The appointment was with my 6 year old daughter. There was no consideration for all of us waiting there, some of us with kids. When it was time to pick her glasses, no one was courteous enough to assist us with that part. It’s been almost 2 months and the glasses are still not in. I have tried calling and sending an email because there something in her prescription that is missing. No answer and no reply. There is no excuse for this type of lack of communication and treatment of your patients.

One of the worst optometry I have ever been to. We had the first appointment in the morning but the receptionist let other people go in front us. Next, when they check the number, it was completely wrong. At first, they didn't have much stock on glasses and then, the ones they had were completely old stock. Would not recommend going here.

I would never go to this place ever again. The staff on the desk was so rude. I took my 1.5 year old daughter with me to my mom’s appointment because I don’t have no one to watch her. My daughter was just standing or walking around me or sometimes she sits on the chair you know how kids do she wasn’t touching anything or not making any noises I try to keep her on my lap but for how long I can hold on to her she is a kid. Wait time for our appointment was more than 3 hours but still those girls want me to pick up my baby keep on my lap and told me she cannot move. I mean seriously, for how long I can hold on to her? they kept saying this and I try to be nice and told them she is a kid but those girls were being super rude and don’t want to listen. Their behavior was not acceptable as a professional. I hope same thing happens to them and their kids. I’ll never go to this place again.

If I could give zero stars I would. These women are beyond rude. They don’t want to do any work themselves. They have the audacity to tell me I had to bring in a copy of the referral that I never got sent to me because they faxed it to them directly. And I told her that, but she said I needed to try to get it anyway. They received it in a fax from her doctor, but they are too lazy to look for it when the appointment comes around. They also don’t call to make appointments when they receive their referrals. You have to call them weeks later. When we finally got there I wasted my time and my daughter’s perfect attendance because she wasn’t even seen because of how rude they were. Arianna, the optician, refused to do what the insurance specifically said to do, so that she could be seen without issues. She claimed to try to call the insurance company ALLL morning, yet I got a hold of them twice in less than 15 minutes. Not only did she not attempt to contact them when I told her what they told me, but she also decided it was ok to be rude and tell me I needed to contact them again. When I got a hold of them the SECOND TIME within 15 minutes or so, they agreed to speak with the doctor directly to get it taken care of but she tried to grab my phone and seemed offended when I didn’t want to let her take my phone. She then said I had to wait 20 minutes because the Dr when into a room with a patient. The VERY POLITE man from the insurance was nice enough to stay and wait the 20 minutes with me. He then didn’t even get the opportunity to speak because of how the Dr and optician were talking over me and didn’t let me speak. I decided since the Dr was even this rude I would not let her insurance pay them for their nastiness. They should have to pay at places like this. On a lighter note, I’m glad I did all the work because the conversation we had was actually being recorded because when patients call in all calls are recorded for quality purposes so they got all that attitude and mistreatment recorded. I will NOT be coming back, nor would I EVER recommend this awful place and these rude people to anyone.
