From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles by two lovely ladies. I explained the reason for my visit, and they immediately directed me to where I needed to sign in for my appointment. The lady who checked me in was very helpful and took the time to explain the paperwork I was signing, the reason for my payment, and what to expect throughout the appointment. I was taken back very quickly with little to no wait and began the eye examination process. Everything went so smoothly and efficiently. The staff made sure I was comfortable and even cleaned the equipment and the areas where I needed to position my face before my eye examination. I was then taken into a room to meet with the doctor. The doctor was also very polite, patient, and thorough. Everything was explained to me clearly, and at no point did I feel rushed. After my examination, I was taken to another area to learn how to put in and remove contact lenses. The instructions were explained so clearly that I was able to put my contact in on the very first try! The doctor then checked my eyes again with the contacts in and explained a few additional things to me. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, heard, and genuinely taken care of. I was helped quickly and was in and out in under an hour, without ever feeling rushed. By far, this was one of the best eye-care experiences I have ever had. All of my questions were answered, and I left Visionworks feeling informed and knowledgeable about my eye care. I was so pleased with my experience that I came back the very next day to get more information about pricing and my insurance benefits. The lady who assisted me was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, making sure I understood all of the information I needed. Once I got home, I called the office and placed my order for both my glasses and contacts! Thank you so much to Visionworks and the entire team for such a wonderful experience. My expectations were not only met, but exceeded. I feel so good about my experience that I’ll be bringing my mom in for her appointment on October! Sorry I don’t remember any of the ladies names for a direct shoutout. I just remember the name of the Doctor who took care of me which was Edward LaCorte. Thank you so much! True story! I was in a bind and arrived at Visionworks needing urgent help. Emma was incredible! As soon as I arrived she kindly offered to help me and resolved all my problems. I can't recommend VisionWorks enough. If you need new glasses or shades come talk to Emma. Come visit the new store.

The people there are so nice and received a great deal of help in selecting just the right kind of lens and bifocals for my needs. It is wonderful being able to "see" again. Everything is perfect and even the frames fit perfectly without needing adjustment. Extremely happy and hello, Emma! ❤

Wow! 5 out of five stars! Great customer service! I called in today and was able to book an appointment same day. Five other offices that did I care were booked out months and months on end. The buy specialist did an amazing job at doing my wife and i's checkup, it was quick and everything was very well explained! The lady in the first room where they do all of their glasses sales was really good at explaining all the details of the customization that you can do with your glasses, and breaking down all of the costs very well! Highly highly recommend coming here!
