I had an excellent experience at Frey Eye Designs. The eye exam was very professional, and they took the time to explain every step of the process. Everyone was very kind, patient, and helpful. Angie, the receptionist and appointment coordinator, was especially kind and helpful. The service was amazing, and they also have great frame options to choose from. I’m very happy with my visit and highly recommend them.

Doctor was very thorough, explained Everything. I felt like family on my first visit. His wife runs the phones and desk. She was extremely helpful on helping me while picking frames. She was thoughtful and made sure the glasses fit my eyes as was as to frame my face. No doctor, assistant, no one had ever done this. Thank you. It's also so sweet to see their son's school photos bordering the ceiling.

When I tell you this place is so amazing don’t walk run customer service A+ plus plus plus the eye examiner, A+ plus plus I think his name was Roger A+ plus like this place was so amazing in and out. I didn’t sit down for more than five minutes and I was seen and it didn’t take the examiner a long time to do anything and my glasses are gonna be ready in a week. This was so amazing. This was the best best eye vision place that I’ve ever gone To.

Experience here was...interesting. I suspect negative reviews are being deleted. Doctor was seriously uncooperative, did not test or examine my eyes, and sent me out blind. Extra illegal fees...thinking about reporting.

" Kind Folks" and efficient! Angie scheduled my appointment and provided a reminder call. Her husband Dr. Roger fixed my old glasses that I had purchased on-line. I was in and out in less than an hour. No high pressure sales. Nice selection of glasses! Great utilization of their space. It's a small place but didn't feel cramped. Dr. Barrido Was very thorough and making sure he had the correct prescription. He was professional and focused. I felt very welcomed! 😊
