I had an amazing experience at Eyedare Optometric! From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive. The office is clean, organized, and makes you feel comfortable right away. A special thank you to Carlos, who provided truly exceptional customer service. He was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customers the way he does. His professionalism and positive attitude made the whole experience outstanding. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place is the best! Office is very organized and will send you a form to fill out before hand to streamline the process. I was immediately greeted and offered water. There was close to no wait for the appointment itself and things went extremely smoothly. Came in for a glasses exam and Dr June Huang was so thorough and explained any concerns to me. She was very knowledgeable about my medical issues, not just my vision issues. She has excellent bedside manner and was extremely personable. Shane assisted me with frames. By the time Dr Huang was done with my exam, Shane had already selected a few frames out for me that he thought would fit my face. He was correct! The frames he chose were definitely winners. I continued to look just to see the whole collection but in the end went with the ones he chose as they were the best. Shane was very knowledgeable about what my insurance covered, pricing, and different materials and coatings were available. The only flaw I can think of is that the office does not carry many brands. They have a big selection of frames and shapes, however if you are coming in looking for a specific brand they may not carry it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to all!

I popped in the other day to update my eye perception and possibly get new frames. Carlos and company were very welcoming, super friendly and my eye exam with Dr. June was very thorough. They have a great selection of frames and I was able to pick out the perfect frames thanks to Carlos, He took the time to help me find the perfect match.

I've been going here since 2021; they are so easy to schedule, and the appointments are efficient and informative. You know what your insurance covers, and they make follow-up super easy. Love my doctor; she is very nice and easy to talk to!
