These team members are all so attentive and knowledgeable to customers. The (both) physicians are top notch and tied into the eye specialists in the area which is comforting. I will continue to do my vision purchases here.
Ordered new contacts on 19 Feb. Received them on 1 Apr. Impossible to get someone on the phone, so had to go to the office on Mar 10 to find out why I hadn't received the lenses. The 1 Apr delivery was left in the rain, outside of our screen to the front door. The shipper is something called UPS Mail Innovations (likely a cheap spin off from UPS and likely controlled by UPS' stupid AI Package Tracking roll out). The package originated from the Brevard Vision Center, US-1, Rockledge, about a 10 min drive from my house. So, I don't know whether to blame Eyedeal's incompetent service in the handling of my order or the incompetent UPS AI tracking service. Likely a combination of both.
Dr. Tran Pastore did a very thorough exam and let me know about a few issues I should be aware of in the future. She even recommended a specialist I may need to see if any issues arise. The entire office staff was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely return when it is time for my eye exams again!
Dr. Tran is amazing! She is kind, knowledgeable and fast, yet you do not feel rushed. The staff at Eyedeal Vision are incredible and so patient. They always give me the best advice. They are so good that most of my family members go there. You will not be disappointed and also the glasses and lenses are great and superb quality!
Dr. Tran was highly recommended to me and I can see why. She was very knowledgeable and thorough with the exam. She answered all of my questions and described all of my options in detail. Lisa was amazing as she explained my insurance information and (very patiently) helped me with my contacts. The entire staff was beyond helpful and kind. It was a wonderful experience!
